Agwi's Commissions

Turnaround Time -First off, I will always try to estimate my turnaround when commissioning me! My turnaround depends on how detailed the art will be, my queue, time of the year and personal issues. During holidays I tend to have a quick turnaround (2 days - 2 weeks) but during academic year I often don't have a lot of free time and will usually draw on weekends. Unless stated otherwise or paying rush fee (+ 40% of the art price) a commission can last up to a month (or more if the background is required). If something will come up (issues with graphic tablet or personal things) I'll update you and try to continue the commission as soon as possible.

Refunds - I do NOT do refunds! As PayPal fee varies for different countries, it's usually not possible for me to send the full price back, thus I decided not to refund at all. Be 100% sure you want to commission me! The only exception is when I won't be able to finish your commission.

Payment - I take payment after the sketch is done! To avoid a situation when the refund is needed, I'll first send you a watermarked sketch for you to see if you'd like me to proceed. I will then ask you to pay the right amount to my PayPal account (there is an exception for Poles, who can pay via bank account as well).

Lineart alterations - I will not do significant lines alterations provided I send you the sketch version and you will accept it. It's time consuming for me to do so, so please check the sketch for any things you don't like. The exception is when the alterations are really small and easy to do (adding/removing piercing, drawing a necklace etc) or when the sketch I gave you is really rough and it's not possible for you to see the details.

Nsfw - You have to be 18 and show proof (preferably an ID with your name and date of birth, you are free to cover everything else) before commissioning me! Nsfw takes me longer to finish as it's more problematic to draw, so please be aware of that beforehand.
